BOULDER, Colo. — Miraflora Naturals, family-owned and -operated purveyor of 100% organic hemp flower oil products, today announced Zach Glassmith as its new CEO. Glassmith is stepping up from his previous role of director of e-commerce at Miraflora to guide the brand towards continued success during a major time of growth for the company. (In Q3, Miraflora saw an 11% increase in revenue growth and a 55% increase in customer retention compared to Q1-Q2, putting the brand in a great position heading into the holiday season.)

In his new role, Glassmith will drive the business forward by analyzing and optimizing retail distribution, expanding its digital presence, and collaborating with the family farm to continue to use the best methods at the intersection of technology and organic farming, something that sets apart Miraflora from other CBD brands.

Prior to joining the Miraflora team, Glassmith worked on the digital marketing team for CBD brand Lord Jones and fashion and lifestyle brand Apolis. Zach received a bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University, master of arts from Fuller School of Intercultural Studies, master of business administration from Hope International University, and data science graduate certificate from Harvard University.
